My name is Mikejla, and caring for kids has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I’m 20 years old, but my experience with children started way before I was old enough to call it a “job.” Being the proud aunt of 7 nieces and 2 nephews, I grew up surrounded by little ones and naturally became the go-to babysitter in my family. From changing diapers and helping with homework to planning games and keeping kids entertained, I’ve done it all since the age of 7. Now, I’ve turned that lifelong experience into a babysitting business built on trust, safety, and fun. How do you match sitters with families?
I take the background into consideration. As I am a full time college student, I have several reliable people who I have put in my place for me. People who I truly would trust with my own kids one day. Whatever you're looking for I am happy to help out. Being a mom is a full time job, I have a sister with 5 kids and a brother with 4. It is not easy one bit. I have always been there with them through it all. I will give you the best match possible, based off of needs and who I believe would be a best fit for you.
Can I request the same sitter each time?
Absolutely. Building familiarity benefits both children and caregivers. When availability allows, we prioritize assigning the sitter your family already knows. If schedules conflict, we will present equally amazing alternatives and keep you informed every step of the way.
How does payment work?
After each engagement, you receive an itemized invoice via text or email outlining hours, agreed-upon rates. I am going to try my best to fair price every sitter on call based off of needs. We did put in place an hourly rate of $30/hr - this price is negotiable.
I am open to discussing a booking fee as well, meaning I charge you around $10-$20 dollars for finding you the best fit sitter, and you pay the sitter directly.
There is also a membership option, you pay $50/month for unlimited babysitters, and again pay them directly what you agree upon.
